  1. Register an Internet Archive account

  2. Borrow the book

  3. Prepare the URL

    get indentifier XXXXX from https://archive.org/details/XXXXX
navigate to https://archive.org/services/loans/loan/?action=media_url&identifier=XXXXX&format=pdf&redirect=1
get https://lending6.us.archive.org:8080/......
change https to http
navigate to the http url

  4. Get .acsm file

  5. Download and install Adobe Digital Edition

  6. Open the ascm file from ADE

  7. Open the download pdf file location from ADE

  8. Drag the pdf file into Calibre for De-DRM (with Alf’s DeDRM Tools)
